I'm getting so fcked off now. I just want this self loving, media darling who always puts himself in a good light and not the club to just fck off if I'm totally honest with you.

Just a way of covering for poor results, it was the same last year when we stumbled, we were told to be grateful.

It would be pertinent to point out here that we have actually played OK of late and that results haven't necessarily gone our way but it would help the relationship with the fans if he could just admit when he's dropped a bollock such as Norwich instead of brushing over a tactical clusterfuck and citing the past the justify the present.

Harry is truly king of the 'Self Preservation Society'!

Lets see where we are at come the end of the season. The bare minimum we should be getting/expecting is 4th considering the position we found ourselves in 2 months back.....

I'm not one to take what someone says to the media too seriously but this is getting tiresome.

I remember when HR first took over at Spurs he spoke about how a club's history doesn't have to define them. He spoke about how we've always been known as a club with a soft centre. He reasoned that this image didn't always have to remain true. He bought Palacios, Sandro and Parker and went about buying experienced players to make us a harder team with a stronger mentality.

Seems like right now he is too focused on self-promotion.

I'm a huge fan of Harry's, but those comments are a bit annoying.

fuck sake though, 2 days away from an FA Cup semi final and this place still insists on running the manager down. Even if you want Harry out you should be getting behind the team at this point, not spouting negative rubbish.

"it's not my fault it's 'Tottenham' it's what they do"

"I'm still the man for England... Honest"

That's my interpretation?

Why the "at the moment" in the thred title. Harry has always only been concerned with his own reputation, just telling all us fans that we have never had it so good as we have with him as manager. He loves the adoration of people telling him how good he is, truth is he isn't. He is an ok manager who is failing to get the best out of a very good squad.

Ignore all he's saying about wanting to go out and win it then. Alright mate.

No mate. You feel free to ignore what is quite obviously Harry getting all defensive because people dare [sic] to question why we have 1 win in 8 matches and have surrendered a 10 point gap from third place. We are Tottenham, we should be very fucking grateful for the position that Harry has gotten the team into. Dont you dare [sic..again] think for one second that this squad of players should be competing at the top of the league and for trophies. Just be thankful and keep quiet.

oh fuck off harry, he did the same last year, he cannot take criticism hes stuck in his own deluded ways and thinks hes better than he is, he seems to think what hes done at spurs is amazing, he seems to think we were relegation candidates every fucking year. he completely forgets we come 5th the two years before he come. he has arguably the 2nd best squad of fucking players in the league and YET AGAIN for the second season running has let the team completely piss up the second half of the season with arsed lack of discipline displays.

man up and take some criticism

Edit: ignored the ramos season there but that was arguably one of our worst managers ever in the overall scheme of things

Time for Levy to appoint someone with more ambition, i've been a supporter of Harry and appreciate what he has achevied at the club, but he is really pissing me of now and if that last paragraph is really how he feels then he should fuck right off.

“I think people forget where Tottenham should be at times. They’ve got two Carling Cup wins since 1991, and the average finishing position – up until about four or five years ago - is probably about 10th. You can get carried away with where you should be and who you are really.”
people on here that back this man need to make a choice who they actually support imo...Tottenham Hotspur or Harry Redknapp?...
its often said that no player is bigger than any club & somebody needs to tell Harry that surely?...even the most die-hard supporter of Redknapp must see that the constant self appreciating commets he makes serve only to undermine us as a club...we need to be reminded what a great club we are not how bad we were 10 years ago surely???...
how dare the man say "where tottenham SHOULD be"....is he taking the piss?
