Excellent all-round but special mention;

Aurier. What summed it up was 5 mins from the end, he mis-placed a pass and berated himself loudly. What a different attitude to the player of previous seasons.

Reguillon. He doesn't need time to settle in does he? Amazing energy and work-rate, together with obvious quality. What a signing.

Hojbjerg's reading of the game was incredible. Sniffing out danger and intercepting/breaking up play.

Kane dropping slightly deeper and playing sublime balls through to runners is going to be key this season; both away games he's caused so many problems. Imagine Bale and Son running onto his passes......

And we had a steely professionalism yesterday, long may that continue.

Agree rationally Holblerg. However, Lamela never gets enough recognition for his ability to disrupt the opposition. He was critical in the first spurs goal by causing absolute chaos in their defence.

Just realize we could have a goal of the day thread :)

2nd, 3rd and 5th goal are really really good.

"Holblerg"

I mean, come the fuck on, how hard can it be to spell an 8-letter name correctly?

It's not like we're Brighton fans having to spell Alireza Jahanbakhsh in every match-thread.

Like "Ericsson" in place of Eriksen, it just seems plain lazy. Like calling our number 10 "Caine" or alike.

It might be because i'm Danish that Højbjerg and Eriksen is natural for me to spell (and I have the Ø on my keyboard), but now it's just getting ridiculous.

*joke* it's like saying all English people are lazy with spellings.
