It's still possible, but very unlikely. As well as winning our game, we'd need Leicester to lose to Sheffield United, and for Man United to lose to Crystal Palace and West Ham to keep it alive till that point.

What qualifying round do we go in if we finish 7th (assuming it goes down to that spot)?

And how many qualifying rounds before the group stage?

We'd enter the 2nd Qualifying Round out of 4. Because of the pandemic they're only being played as single legs this year, but the downside is they don't start till just after the Premier League's begun - so assuming we won the qualifiers we'd be playing every midweek, and possibly twice in some midweeks if we enter the League Cup too. That being said the opposition is likely to be very weak with maybe 1 half-decent-ish team (think Rijeka or Molde) and the other two total dross - it'd be a chance to use fringe players at low risk, especially if we're drawn at home

We are grinding out results which is obviously a good sign. Bournemouth is looking like an anomaly (a really shitty anomaly), but things are looking up. Now it’s down to finishing these last two games strong, keep the momentum going and Levy refreshing the squad and filling areas of need going into next season.

I think our best hope of Villa motivation would be Watford beating West Ham on Friday meaning if Villa beat Arsenal and/or Everton they can go into the last day knowing it’s in their hands as a win vs West Ham keeps them up

7th place starts qualification in the reign of Ghengis Khan with an away leg tie in Mongolia. This is followed by two further knock out rounds.

Sheff Utd winning would be the worst result imo. They’ll be 2 points ahead of us with 2 games to go. No reason why they can’t win those.
