Has anyone actually got through on the phone - I've been on hold now - 2 hours and 3 minutes!!!

1:56 from my mobile. Was on from even earlier on the landline but the battery on that died. RAGE!

Taken me over 2 hours and a few hairy moments where my tickets were in my basket but it would'nt let me go to the payment page, but i finally got my tickets

my mate got through in 20 minutes earlier and he dialed after i did but i was hanging on for 45 mins and gave up
just shows theres no order that the calls gets picked up on , i would not even bother until later now , theres obviously something wrong with the system

I got into the queue at about 8:40 I think. Logged in at 9:40. Another screen I opened at 8:50 and logged in about 10.

The lower tier they were offering it differently to usual, lower rows before higher rows. I put one in the basket, got the seat number, did closest to seat and put in row 25 and that seat number to get tickets further back.

Exactly what I did. Sounds like its been more of a nightmare than usual. For once I was lucky! Good luck people.

Queued online for 90 mins and finally got in, ordered the tickets and paid but then didn't get the final confirmation screen and it finally then took me back to the queue.

However, I e mailed the ticket office and they replied within 5 mins to confirm that the transaction had gone through so brownie points to them!

This is unbelievable!! I really think I'm destined to get 7 tickets all over the shop!! My web browser queue has no gone from 8/10 complete to completely white - no refreshes - just sitting watching it!!! So frustrating!!!

I've just called up the hotline to complain on option 2 - my browser reset, cut off on option 1 on hold for almost 3 hours - lady said ok, what do you want - she then got me 7 tickets in block 127 row 44, done in 2 minutes!!
Why couldn't they just have more staff on today - so easy and they must know they are going to be busy!!!
Anyway's happy days - Spurs are on their way to Wembley!!

How many web browsers and phones do you think we can join the queue with between us, effectively blocking season ticket holders from getting through? If they can't get through, they can't buy tickets! :razz:
