This is a joke!!! I been on hold on the phone for an hour now, been logged into the website, assigned 7 tickets entered credit card details in hit continue to pay and nothing!!!! Now I'm back on the bar queueing!!!!!!!
Have I paid and got tickets or not?!!
Why can spurs never get this right?!
Check your emails. If you don't have a confirmation one, you probably haven't got them. :-(

This happened to me last time, I then checked my booking history to find that the purchase had been done.....

Did you get an email confirmation? As I haven't received one as yet.

I'm still on hold to the box office so can confirm that way - problem with website is I can't even get into my booking history as that is same area as buying tickets!!
Stupid system!

Email did'nt come until later on that day. I have not even recieved one today but got confirmation code and printed the purchase/invoice page off....

Check your booking history if you can..... If not stay in the que and try to purchase again, if it does'nt allow you to it maybe because your original purchase went through.....

Just spoken to ticket office option 2 who checked my history - no tickets and he said he couldn't do anything and to call there other line!!! Still on hold to them - lets hope there's tickets where we want them when I finally get through!!!

I think I might be in the same boat as you - assigned tickets, entered in details, went through the secure payment/checking info bit, then got the error message. Now every time I try to check the website I get caught in a 'please wait' and then 'error press continue to return to ticket hub' cycle.


Just cleared my cache and checked, three tickets section 134, row 42, seats 25-27, behind the goal. Nice.

im seriously pissed off now , entered all my credit card details then instead of going through to confirm its taken me back to the red bar , im seriously thinking of not going now , spurs need to sort out this pathetic ticketing system that seems to fail every year

I think you're absolutely right. You should take a stand and not apply for a ticket. Anyone else with more loyalty points than me who'd also like to take a similar stance, I will salute you and give you my full backing. :razz:

exactly the same thing happened to me. I'm back to the red bar again. Also hanging on the phone, and they dont tell you where you are in the queue, so i could be hanging on for 10 mins or 6 hours!
