The most important thing is we now get a proper weeks rest.

Agreed.

Six points in the bag and now, for the first time this season, we can consistently rest, train and prepare for each all of our remaining Premier League games.

If we win at Old Trafford we'll have the Scum firmly in our sites.

We're better than them and I want more than anything for us to finish above them.

Stop moaning guys. We took six points this week after the disappointment of the cup final and playing so many games in a short amount of time. Was never going to be easy.

Agreed. I think these results are remarkable given last week and the busy season.

A good away victory against a team battling for their lives and with a very very good striker in Austin (surrounded and supported by average).
7 quick games in succession for the youngest team in the league - a fine gutsy performance after the disappointments of last week - that's a healthy mental attitude that MoPo is nurturing.
I'm loving the fact we're doing so well this season with the youngest team in the league….that can only bode well….we should all enjoy that reality and accept that there will be bumps on the way.
I think we're a better "team" than Manure at this moment in time - they're scrapping by horribly - would love to deck them on their own turf - that really would be a very promising scalp for our lads and help them believe and grow even more.
COYS!

In what way? He did what he always did to me... Swapped the attacking midfielders, then his last sub is either the bench striker or the central midfielder depending on whether we are winning or losing. I cant say the subs made any difference today either. Dembele was a bit meh, Lamela in his brief moments on the ball gave it away, Stambouli was on for mere seconds. I don't see any real impact or change to the game.

I thought our performance upped for 10 minutes after Dembele was bought on.

Lamela was bought on to put pressure on the defence so they werent allowed time to be so accurate with their long balls up, and added energy to the forward line

And given they resorted to hoofing the ball, Stambo came on to plug the gap for knock downs and to place himself in front of the strikers to stop direct balls into them by making the CM more crowded.

My take anyway.

Also...I thought Dembele actually did quite well, and I havent been a huge praiser of him in the past. And Lamela didn't just give the ball away, or at least at no worse rate than others in that last 10. That is a myth.

Loftus road really is a magnet for scrappy hard to watch games and our defence is quite worrying but a full weeks rest is desperately needed.

@HotspurRelated: The Spurs team that beat QPR today was the youngest side fielded in the Premier League this season with a average of 23 years and 290 days.

Spurs have now scored 22 goals in the Premier League during 2015, at least 3 more than any other side.

Harry Kane has now scored more PL goals this season (16) than Aston Villa 15 (including Benteke)

Just heard kane is the first player in our history to score in 6 consecutive away games.

We're above Southampton for the first time this season (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

We won away to a bottom half team (which we're highly susceptible to) and at a ground we rarely win at.

Still got a fully fit squad.

Weeks rest before the manure game to absorb everything that's happened over a every busy, demanding spell (physically and emotionally) and can look towards finishing the rest of the season as strong as possible.

Subs made perfect sense. There was no space for QPR to play into with Stam and Dembele in the midfield (and like Tibsy) says, he acted almost as a CDM protecting the CBs... and Lamela gave their defense something different to worry about, not to mention he was a fresh pair of legs to press high up the field.

How anyone can complain about those subs is beyond me.
