when i watch kovacic all i'm seeing is harry winks. #8, shirt tucked in, lots of tidy but largely ineffective play.
I like him but he really doesnt fill Gundogan's shoes.when i watch kovacic all i'm seeing is harry winks. #8, shirt tucked in, lots of tidy but largely ineffective play.
At the time Richarlison was the more established player. You win some you loose some, we can't get every transfer to be perfect.Every time I watch Isak play it makes me sad. He was sitting there with a 54m release clause that we could've activated at any time but we bought Richarlison instead. If we had Isak we'd win the title this season.
Huge fan of Gordon's. He always gives 110%, great engine and not afraid to run forwards at any opportunity. On Gordon, this was from a piece about him in The Athletic recently. Don Fabio’s certainly got a good eye:
“For a little while, however, it looked as if Tottenham were Newcastle’s main rivals. Director of football Fabio Paratici, noticing Gordon’s defiance in a 5-0 loss at Spurs in March, later described the winger in transfer discussions as his “favourite player in the Premier League”. Antonio Conte was also a fan, with multiple discussions taking place between both clubs and Gordon’s representatives.”

He would have loved it under Ange but looks like the lad enjoys his football there anyway
Not sure why Pep and Silva were complaining about that yellow.
Thanks. Must have been looking at my phoneAs a Newcastle player did almost exactly the same a few mins before and didn’t get a yellow.
so it’s the lack of consistency
For consistency we need refs to be AI based. Obviously I don’t want that but while we have human refs, it will never be consistentAs a Newcastle player did almost exactly the same a few mins before and didn’t get a yellow.
