I don't think it's necessarily why people are hating on him tonight especially. For 30m and after the season we had last season, us fans wanted to see a player who can make a difference or somebody who had something about them that could offer something a bit different or creative. At the moment Sissoko is representing our summer recruitment.......a shambles!

It's an absolute travesty that we missed out on Isco and ended up with this clown. And the most baffling thing is you couldn't pick to more polar opposite players if you tried. We essentially binned Chadli and replaced him with vastly inferior player for near on 3 times as much money

If it's true that Poch really really wanted him then it's another blot on his copy book for this season, of which there have been numerous

It's been wildly acknowledged that Levy messed around with during the summer and ended up being forced into a situation where had he not paid up and brought in Sissoko then he may have end up causing friction with Poch. I may be wrong, the information may be inaccurate but that was the general feeling and message at that point.

And I have normally defended Levy in the past but there's only so much I can take of his messing around.

Gutted to be right about this. But 75% of our fans watching no other football than Spurs games? Seems statistically likely.

I doubt he will come good, the only time anyone has put his name and good together was at the last internationals, he looked shocking for Newcastle and has somehow managed to look even worse for us.

Was it? I don't remember anything from Trix or JJ that said Levy was wasting time, or that we ended up with Sissoko because we took too long going for another player?

I'm not trying to pick at your posts, I just fail to see how this has anything to do with Levy. He bought the players Poch asked for, and laid out huge fees to do so. The only player any reports have suggested we missed out on was Batshuyi, and he was always going to end up at s money club.

I read a tweet earlier,
'bringing him on when we were losing was like throwing an anchor to a drowning man.'
Prety much sums him up for me, I have no confidence in him at all.
Agree with those that would rather have kept chadli - we had a shocker of a transfer window this summer! Sissoko felt like a panic buy.
