Had some decent moments, but was nowhere to be seen in the second half, same for the rest of the team though. And we still got worse when he went off.

33 premier League games for us last season and 6 times he played 90 minutes.
21 premier League games for us in 19/20 season &
3 times he played 90 minutes.
So over the space of 2 seasons he has played 90 minutes 9 times.

What's the point in keeping him around if he cannot be trusted to last 90 minutes. If he starts he is almost guaranteed to need to be subbed off.

He may be talented but if, as a professional athlete, he can't get himself fit enough to regularly play 90 minutes then there's not much point in keeping him.

He's a fantastic talent but he is too flaky and unreliable. A maverick basically

However, we have to play him because without him our midfield has no creativity unless we count Dele's flouncing around as creativity.

Fake injury helped him get a breather, when refusing the ball from Romero and others stopped working.

Such a shame that he won't/can't get fit, because he is a huge part of what we are missing in our midfield.

I’d rather have sixty minutes of Ndombele than ninety of any of our other midfielders at the moment. He’s the only player in the team who can consistently create and excite despite the manager.

People really need to take a step back when looking at Tanguy. It seems some people want him to be everywhere on the pitch at all times. Thought he worked his bollocks off personally helping Emerson out numerous times down our right.

He also is by far our most progressive player. People love to point out his negatives, which when justified is fair game. For his first two games this season I have been really pleased with him.

U can tell when tanguay is tired when he moves right side touchline. He should be told you bust your balls for 45 minutes flat out and you can be subbed

Nonsense. You can't run a team like that. We can't be beholden to one player's chronic lack of fitness. Just playing 45 minutes cuts down Nuno's tactical options. So what happens in the second half? Would we be a one-half team? And are you ok with effectively just two subs?

The answer is to make him get fit. If we buy a record signing and pay him £200k per week, we expect him to at least be able to play football for 90m.

He was annoying me with his work ethic, wasn’t alongside Hjøjberg and Dele was advanced and not working back and left Royal isolated.

I hope he will improve with a run of games however I suspect not. Still believe he should be playing as a number 10 with Skipp and Hjøjberg holding

Refusing that pass was so damn weird. And also earlier around 20 min when they had the ball on the wing and royal was marking someone near the edge of the box. Tanguy was the closest defender but just pointed at the attacker... But there was nobody else anywhere near to close him down. Cross came in and it was a half chance - saw Dier bollocking someone, surely was him.

He does stuff with the ball I've never seen before and stuff off the ball I've never seen from a pro.

Agreed, it was clear he was gassed after 30 mins. Which was a shame because his quick pass and move he was doing was causing a lot problems and was moving the Chelsea defence round no end. Hes in pre season so he will get fitter, but yes, I agree, his closing down in those situations were so bad. But we have catch 22, if we don't play him or lo celso we don't create, we getting smashed by teams like Crystal Palace, if we go with Skipp, Hojberg and Alli like in the second half yesterday our attack goes to long ball. I think we have to play him and risk it, because if not we are truly awful. Keep playing him and Lo Celso, get them match fit and it will be brilliant for us.

Agree we need to play Ndombele and GLC together but Nuno needs to read the signs better. Ndombele was basically out on his feet just before half time and was hiding straight after half time. He needed to be dragged at half time.

Whilst he is a frustrating player he is the only midfielder who can spot a pass and until we have somebody else in the squad who can provide that (and play longer than an hour) then we have to persevere with him.

Play him and Lo Celso together for the next few games and see if they can build a relationship on the pitch - no point reverting back to Winks and Skipp, that isn't going to solve our creativity issues.

Yup. Out of possession he's probably as bad a player as I've ever seen. For a cm, certainly.
