Personally I think that's great for us, the more players our manager gets a proper pre-season with the better. Put Sissoko in the shop window, plus these players who don't get to go; Ndombele, Dele should hopefully take this as a kick up the ass to work harder.

Ndombele left out of Euros squad.

Sissoko makes it though lol
Well in a team maybe France need a hardworking midfielder like Mousa rather than a playmaker like Ndombele that only lasts 45 min a game? I am not defending Sissoko, and i do enjoy the fansy footwork and clever passes of Ndombele sometimes, but i am a bit tired of all the people in here screaming at the 3 last managers we have had that they do not play Ndombele enough, when it is clear as day that he is useless without the ball and jogs around like a sack of potatoes with no clue how to position/run when we are defending.

Well maybe because Mason actually said he had a knock? Spurs have played 36 PL games, he played in 32, started 28 of them.

Is Tanguy injured? I didn't know that. But I can see why Deschamps would choose Sissoko ahead of him. France has no shortage in technical ability in the CM-role, so a pure destroyer-type with international experience might fit better, especially when trying to defend a lead.

Sissoko has been absolutely terrible defensively the last 5 or 6 months & has become insanely lazy.

Blows my mind that Moussa Sissoko is in the France squad over players like Ndombele, Aouar, Camavinga, etc. and he can’t get a game with us anymore. :ROFLMAO:

Sissoko definitely shouldn't have a place in the french euro squad but neither should Ndombele who has shown absolutely nothing to suggest that he should either.
Such a waste of talent..

International football is a million miles away from the Premier league. Getting in the France 11 doesnt mean you should start for Spurs.

I think he is a skilful player, however I am not convinced about his desire and I’m not sure we can build a team around players like that.

He's got got himself to blame let's be honest. He's just not been good enough and a lot of us massively overrated him. Reminds me a bit of United fans with Pogba. Does fuck all 99% of the time but loads of fans rave about him.

Although Sissoko getting picked ahead of him despite being on the bench most of the season is ridiculous.

Sissoko getting picked in front of the tea lady is ridiculous, in fact it’s not ridiculous, it’s embarrassing that we send out the message to everyone that we except mediocrity every time we allow Sissoko to lace his boots and take a place in the team.

Then we wonder why we are not top 4 or don’t look like winning anything, you don’t do those things with a player that just points and can barely pass a ball very well, you don’t do those things when you have people at the club who think it’s a good idea to buy a player like that, you don’t do those things when you have managers that think it’s a good idea to keep picking players like that.

Are you saying you don't rate him?

Mourinho-ball was completely the wrong style of football for getting the best out of N’Dombers. Hope he gets a season under a possession based coach with us next year otherwise it was a total waste of a transfer.

He has had two seasons, its fair to conclude he has not lived upto expectations and time to move on...
