These 5 minute clips of players is misleading you could make up a 5 minute clip of taarabt and if you took that 5 minutes gospel you would come away saying "one of the best in the world " and you would be wrong .
The point where he will have really arrived is when he can start to make back to back 90 minutes in games and he will have a fantastic impact .

He can make a fantastic impact for 60 minutes that's enough too and also yes You tube shows the best, but so what. Add in the fact that he has been on for short amounts of time how many players have you seen in 20 minutes of football in a game of players HAS made as big an impact creatively?

He is one of our most important player in the squad. He will become fitter in due time.
You can see why he gets injured a lot, between rotating his body like crazy and getting taken out.

That's for sure but by the same token while we had the best defence in the word with their hard tackles we used to get injured a lot. Before Poch we lacked defensive strength, with Poch, apart from Eriksen, there was a lack of creativity. NDombele is huge at that and also takes chances but Bale when he attacked took chances and Kane too.
NDombele can be a world beater (yes has to get his fitness up) Genius players come around rarely.

So Eriksen was our only creative player under Poch that's a new one?

Under Poch we had Son, Lucas, Lamela, Dembele and Alli amongst others creating chances and scoring.
Is Dele a striker? he scores Goals why wouldn't he be ,Lamela tackle? Is he a defender?
Many players can do something creative but if you use this idea of what creative is then how do you label anyone? and why would we even think of trying to replace Eriksen if we had so many

Creativity doesn't come from one player it comes from the team. If you only have one player being creative you'd be a pretty shit team. The best teams have players that are all a little creative that can all pass and all move. Creativity is a team thing and saying that the Poch teams of old had no creativity other than Eriksen is just wrong.

Couldn't agree more.

If anything we over emphasis the role of a individual 'creative' player as spurs fans. If you are relying on individual brilliance repeatedly to create your chances you aren't doing something right as a team.

The best teams create chances by making clever runs, creating and finding space and overloading positions with fast exchanges. Not just giving it to a so called creative player and saying now create a chance please.

Creative players add the cherry on top.

He is an elite level talent. But he needs to work to realise his potential. He could be head and shoulders the best all round midfielder in the prem. Has everything. But if he isnt fit it wont happen for him.
