Richarlison is good for a team like Everton where he can feed off scraps, he's a poor footballer and doesn't suit our club at all.

He's a confidence player and probably one of the players that feeds off the fans the most. Hence, getting on his case is counterproductive. With that said, he needs to sit a few games and get control of his brain while getting a big ol does of Ange (and fan support).

Richarlson firing on all cylinders would be a fantastic addition to the team. The Richarlson we have today is a good role player because of his work rate but isn't worthy of a start for the time being. But if Ange continues to trust him, i'll trust him.

This. I will be behind him as long as he gives 100% every game, which he does even if it doesn't come off. He's getting in positions and making runs. It will (hopefully) come.

But the subs showed we can use Son in the middle if needs be.

And Ange recognised it and subsequently brought him off before it got worse. Which he deserves a lot of credit for.

I don't want to, but I agree with this. First half he looked good, was pressing well and getting around the pitch, was unfortunate with his chances. But 2nd half, there were a couple of poor decisions and poor touches and he was done. Clearly a confidence player and really needs a couple of goals.

We definitely need another striker. I like Richarlison but he just hasn’t got the mental strength to be our main man. He drops his head too easily
