Ederson & Allison were wild when they first came to England too.

He'll learn with time. He'll realise stuff he could probably get away with in Italy he won't get away with in England.
Some people could do with watching an Ederson mistakes compilation

Putting aside settling in, new defence etc

One thing I don't like about him is he conveys nervousness and tension, from his facial expressions to the way he moves and makes saves.

I'm not digging him out I just think an important part of a keepers make up is the confidence and security they display.

The own goal yesterday for me the way he goes down to make the save I feel because he went with his hand the rest of his body didn't exist whereas another keeper such as the Villa lad Martinez his whole body remains in play to block even if the ball doesn't go where it is supposed to.

So you’re not really putting aside settling in and you’re not sure of him because he has a funny face? Yeah that’s reasonable

Who would choose to be a goalkeeper? We had one of the world's most elite GK's for several years and some fans still called him shit.

Give the bloke some time to bed in.

The scouts have obviously seen something there but I must say based on what I have seen so far it seems an interesting choice. Scouting for our new no.1 you would expect a calm, level headed personality and good ball playing ability would be near the absolute top of the list. The scouts have either seen an ability to coach and develop these attributes in him or some other qualities. It just seems an interesting fit...and I'm not digging him or saying he won't be a good keeper it just seems like the wrong profile for what we needed.

I do think if we get Forster fit he may come in for a while. Let's see.

I think it was first game nerves. Understandable and I think he'll settle and calm down with a few games.

After watching this, I don't think he was all that bad and not nearly as bad as some fans were making him out to be. A couple of shaky moments, but that is to be expected for his first game in Prem and his long ball distribution was surprisingly better than I remember from the game.

Think it was a little nervy to begin with while the back 5 got used to each other which gave the perception that Vicario was going to cock up, but he didn't. He had a very decent game.

Missed the match but just received few messages from Liverpool/Arsenal/Utd fans that GK is phenomenal.
