It's from that Mateo Gonzalez guy that Andrew Gaffney often RT'd. Seems his reports go to both Sevilla ABC and AFDLP. I reckon he's the one to look out for.
And here is his report...

Lo Celso, very close to being transferred by Betis to Tottenham
Mateo González 16

The Argentine will not participate tonight in the match against Las Palmas

Real Betis and Tottenham are very close to signing an agreement for the transfer of Giovani Lo Celso to the English club. The amounts have not yet transpired but the operation must exceed 60 million euros between fixed and variable. The Argentine, who arrived in Heliopolis from Paris Saint-Germain for 25 million, has been a season in the Betic club and the parties hope to permanently close the deal before the end of the transfer market term in the Premier League tomorrow in the afternoon.

As Muchodeporte advances, the agreement is about to be signed between Betis and Tottenham so that Lo Celso leaves for the English club. The soccer player had already asked for his exit and at Betis they have pressed to the maximum to get the highest performance to the operation, so he had broken the negotiations last Sunday.

Lo Celso is not expected to participate in tonight's meeting before the Las Palmas Sports Union for the tribute to Rubén Castro. Although he traveled to Morocco, he also did not intervene in the friendly against Raja in Casablanca.

Lo Celso has a termination clause of one hundred million euros but Betis had agreed with the player that for 75 million he would accept an exit. Now it remains to be seen in which figures an operation that is the most important in the history of the club Verdiblanco closes.

Sounding good. Fantastic signing if it comes off. 60m Euro is around £55m, so if we can get him for something like £45m+£10m that sounds like top business!

Really happy for Lo Celso more than anyone, was professional throughout and sounds like he really wants to be here. Man do I appreciate a player who actually wants to be here:whistle:

Dybala, Lo Celso, Foyth, Poch, Lamela, and Gazza. Argentina fc.
I said this a while back but it’s even more relevant with Dybala added as a player that gets badly used for the NT.

I’ve come to the conclusion that Poch is buying as many Argentinian players as possible because he won’t coach the national team yet and he’s tired of them being shit so he’s just going to buy as many of them as possible to build a team that can be handed to whichever useless coach the national team picks again

Let’s gooooo! I am fucking pumped to watch this guy and Ndombele grow together. Legit best midfield in the world potential. But still need one more in addition!
