Play lo Celso or Eriksen in the Bernardo Silva role as an inside winger in a 4-3-3.

I.e.

Dele, Lucas on the bench. You can switch Eriksen and lo Celso too.

Edit: I might add that in this formation you absolutely need an attacking fullback to overlap on the outside and create width.

There is no question we needed more fluidity.
Our moves upfield often have been slow and laborous thanks to short side and back passing looking to create lanes when we should have been hitting earlier with quicker and medium passing.
Ndombele will be a prince with this.We need others too but Dele has to up his attacking game and if Eriksen stays needs also to open up his game even more

If you read the tweets under that tweet, they are clamouring about the fact that Bayern won't stump up the 40 million euro fee for another player in spain ... considering we keep hearing how much Betis want I'd say this whole set of tweets makes little to no sense - surprise surprise

Eriksen gets to play the #10 his preferred and best position, and is direct competition with Dele for that spot; with the view that either of them can also slot into midfield (i.e. for Lo Celso, who can also play the #10)
(Dele could also be an effective forward option in this formation playing off Kane IMO)
