If we recall him, there's nothing Lo Celso or Villareal can do. Its obvious that they are happy with an indefinite loan until his contract expires. Lo Celso gets his inflated wages and Villareal don't have to pay the fee.
I say we recall him regardless to upset their cozy scheming and to try and force his permanent exit.
