O'Hara is an intelligent player who showed the other night that even playing against a superior opponent it is all about, anticipation, positioning and footwork. BTW TT hasn't actually left back from what I can remember.

Hi SQ :) hope all's well - yep O'Hara looks like a good prospect - can see him as a useful squad member for years to come

Well the club don't for the moment...

If I remember correctly the club initially listed and played Sol Campbell as a midfielder / striker, and both Gary Mabbutt and Ledders as midfielders before all three ending up in defence. My point and opinion is not what the club initially list them as but where they will eventually end up.

O'Hara has been very impressive. Dogged but with great skill. I only wish he'd find an Irish grandfather, he probably even has one with that name, give up on playing with England and declare for Ireland.

O'hara and people like Noble (west ham) and Cattermole (boro) who come through tht ranks always seem to ensure people look at them thru rose tinted glasses ....none of them would be good enough to play in a top 4-5 team !

good squad player who is flexible in position....but Teemu is better for this ! More grit and better short range passing

Good squad player for me. Glad we have him as it's nice to see kids coming through the ranks. But this all reminds me of Marney to be honest.

Marney played well against Everton and then never played well again. O'hara has played well against good teams and shown his quality in a couple of positions, he has also shown that when it is not going his way he still has the strength of character to carry on and lift those around him.

He is a top quality young player. who ever it was that said he is not good enough to play for the top 4 or 5 is just talking nonsense. He has just broken through, of course he isn't good enough, YET!

Ah, the fickleness of football fans. Teemu has hardly played this season, and when he has he's played out of position. He's now played about 3 games as a proper defensive midfielder, but 3 games doesn't make him player of the season!

As for O'Hara, he looks excellent, but I'm still not sure what his best position will eventually be.

O-Hara is ok and can come on and do a job. He played well against Utd is certainly a talent with a very good left foot. However, if we're talking about Spurs aiming for a top 4 spot next season and breaking into CL football.....then to be honest, I can't see him being a part of that....can you ?

Bale will be our main Left Winger with Gilberto (when signed) taking over from the rather erractic Lee YP. I don't see a place other then on the bench for O-Hara.

O'hara, needs time to play in and aroung the first team squad, bring him in take him out, my god the boy has a few good games and a left foot and all of a sudden he is the next best thing, he is not as good as Bale, but granted alot better than Bruce Lee at left back. And no he would not get in any of the top four teams. Give him time and he will become a very good squad player and no more.
