I think every dressing room has senior players who are the ones that voice concerns to the coach. However, I don't think it should be more than that and it certainly shouldn't be filled with players that won't be starting.

Why look for a manager before hiring a DOF?

I'm sure we can walk and chew gum at the same time. We need to get both done. It's being done now. The appointment needs to done so any players we targeting know who they'll be working with.

No, that's fair but it's currently filled with players who are starting.
Let's leave the new manager to make his decisions and go from there. At present, nothing is really unexpected or surprising.
I'm pretty sure that the player committee will look a fair bit different come this time next year. If not sooner.

Scott Munn isn't on the footballing/technical side. He's an operations man.

If this has been explained elsewhere, my apologies, but how can he be the Chief Football Officer and not be involved in the footballing side? His announcement statement from the club even reads “Scott will be joining the Club’s Board and will take charge of all footballing departments”.

You can have players that are model professionals, go about their business the right way, and are looked up to in the dressing room that don't start.

If you've ever played team sports that happens all the time. I was a captain of my teams growing up because I kept it loose and worked harder than everyone despite not being super talented.

Can anyone explain why the Next Manager Watch thread is full of Skipp committee talk while the Oliver Skipp thread is much more pertinently simply discussing who in the EPL is uglier than him? @freeeki get over here sharpish and start a debate about who's the best looking of those still on the list, otherwise we'll have nothing to talk about until Arne is announced.

He doesn't post here, he also slates the itks here! He also passes off his info as if he's some kind of insider, when he's really just some bloke who's part of a WhatsApp group! No doubt all the POK fam boys will neg rep this post like they did when I say he's a tap in merchant. His info isn't his own, that's why people take issue with him. Doesn't mean the info itself might be correct, but as Herc said, he's behind the curve!

You do know what Paul does for a living?

To suggest that "his info isn't his own" is no different from the info the ITK's get in here, mostly through people inside the club, or close to the club via employees.

I see little if any difference.
