We start our counting at 4...I'll be honest. I don't think we've ever even had an actual first second or third choice.

It's funny how some of you convince yourselves of the most negative scenarios are absolute fact based on next to no information
The same way as you talked me into putting £10000 on Enrique.I find it quite amusing how so many have talked themselves into this being a win.
Ha ha ha, another poster telling me there are positives and he could be a good manager, when I've already said this myself. To be honest mate, this is coming across as you being a little precious now.
you seem to have a bee in your bonnet about people trying to look for positives, like that makes them completely oblivious about all the shit that come before this point.
We all know it's a fuck up and Ange was nobodies first choice but that doesn't particularly mean he's a bad choice, or that Levy is being let off the hook.
It does feel like empty words whenever Levy comes out with one of his infrequent proclamations. His last one was a real copy and paste statement.Ha ha ha, another poster telling me there are positives and he could be a good manager, when I've already said this myself.
I keep saying the same thing over and over it's about the bigger picture. I told you all, this was 2021 all over again 4-5 weeks ago because of how things were behind the scenes.
Once the decision is made I'll be 100% behind the guy appointed make no mistake, and he may or may not be a success. Make no bones about it though this has been another complete shitshow brought to you by the same people who brought you the last shitshow. Be optimistic by all means, but if it works out it wasn't be design and it hasn't been in the long term plan. It'll be because we've stumbled our way here after numerous others, and weeks of indecision.
As I say in my original post don't dress this up a like it's a win because it isn't, if it turns out to be a win it's because we've got lucky.
Hopefully we won't be back here in 18 months time but if we are please, please, please remember why.

It's confirmation bias.
Yea it's a shit show yet again, yea we are led by a incompetent board when it comes to football, yea no one believes whoever we appoint now was no.1, yea we have a good idea we're fucked when Kane leaves given our history of failed signings and yea most of us have no faith the bald midget will keep the fuck out of footballing decisions but that shouldn't stop us from trying to see the positives in any new manager.
Anyone who says otherwise is too blinded by an agenda and is just as bad as the BSODL mob.
didnt come from the SPL which was my entire pointDalglish?
I think everybody is well aware of all of this at this point. The majority of our fanbase has come to accept that we're fucked until Levy goes and that our ambitions are capped at qualifying for a European competition we'll likely never win. With that in mind, my position is to take whatever breadcrumbs of hope I can from the shambles.Ha ha ha, another poster telling me there are positives and he could be a good manager, when I've already said this myself.

You do realise that Celtic will win the cup, Ange will get the microphone to address the crowd and announce that he's not going anywhere
And as I said in my original post, nobody is dressing this up as a win.Ha ha ha, another poster telling me there are positives and he could be a good manager, when I've already said this myself.

you've also got to remember that by all accounts, you know more about what's going on behind the scenes than the rest of us.
Again, as I said, nobody is making this out to be anything other than what it is...a shitshow.
people are just saying that it may not actually be a bad result after all the fuck ups so far.
And I managed do say that without resorting to childish and patronising bold and big letters.
After so many years on here mate, I thought you were better than that.
How could we possibly forget? When the Levy out mob insist on ramming it down everyone’s throats every five minutes.Hopefully we won't be back here in 18 months time but if we are please, please, please remember why.
I think the manager search that ended in Nuno felt more protracted because it was over the summer. And it certainly to me felt like we had more info on what a mess it was behind the scenes.
It might well have been just as bad this time, or even worse, but to me it feels like the club have been locked down more on leaks.
Problem is, I dont have a clue whats going on behind the scenes, Trix seems to but I have no intention of taking it as read, no one should and while the evidence does infact point towards Danny boy being a numpty, I cant change it and I have to strap in and get pulled along for the ride. If it is Postilygoogo, then it is, I cant change that either. I can come on here and shout and scream, cry bloody murder and nothing will change. So whats left? roll with it and support the new guy. If we are here again in 18 months then we are and I will have to live through that too, well its that or stop supporting Spurs.
Everyone has the right to feel the way they do, some of us may want to at least try to be positive whoever comes through the door, being negative wont change anything, being positive for *me* at least helps me get through the day.
