Interesting, I saw Brighton were at the point of signing him until they couldn't agree personal terms, due to him wanting a release clause.
Decent amount of goals last year too. Anyone who has seen him play much, does he usually play on left or right wing?
He wanted that off Brighton. He wants a release clause if a CL team comes in for him. I doubt we’ll accept that.
Much more reasonable to ask that from Brighton than us. We’re on a down swing, but we’ve been in the CL at least half of the time in the last decade right? I assume we pay better wages than them also.Yes please, - the CL clause. Don't want players who are looking to dip after not getting CL in their first season.
100% thisHe wants a release clause if a CL team comes in for him. I doubt we’ll accept that.
You would imagine if we will offer higher wages so that he removes that clauseMuch more reasonable to ask that from Brighton than us. We’re on a down swing, but we’ve been in the CL at least half of the time in the last decade right? I assume we pay better wages than them also.
