Utd have always been favourites to sign Depay. Now LVG is in charge the higher ups seem to be going through a faze of flashing the cash at any problem they have. They don't need him but that won't stop them going for him and there is not even a slight chance he would choose us over them. We would maybe be in with a shot if we finish top four but I really can't see that happening at all. I'm not even going to get remotely excited by this one, it's just good to know we are looking at the right type of player.

ADM is their only attacking player offering skill and pace, so they need him as much as we do.

Seeing as Bale won't come back to Spurs, hopefully ManU will swoop him up for £200m, giving Spurs a chance to sign Depay.

For what it's worth, I think Depay and LVG have already made an agreement to sign him. Only way to stop the deal woud be if LVG gets fired. Woodward no doubt prefers Bale.

If it's down to us getting Depay (and them Bale) or no one (and them Depay), I would rather Bale go there than Depay. If I'm honest, I think Depay is going to be incredibly special.
