Haha what a legend! Can’t say I blame him, it isn’t easy to get out of West Ham once you are in!
Unless you are from Argentina and the club signs a dodgy contract with you....Haha what a legend! Can’t say I blame him, it isn’t easy to get out of West Ham once you are in!

Just had a thought when I was browsing here. Why do West Ham fans still sing I'm forever blowing Bubbles? The only Bubbles I can think of is this one:
Congratulations to West Ham for signing Jarrod Bowen for a fee that may rise to £22m. Obviously a lay out that big requires some savings elsewhere in the club, so they've sacked the guy who normally does the 'Welcome to West Ham' videos.
That's the only reason I can think of for this abomination, though I'm not sure what's worse. The imagery of 'the lights going out on West Ham'? The 'Blair Witch Project' reveal? The awful soundtrack? The gruesome lighting? Bowen patting the West Ham badge despite having begged to go to Newcastle over them? The hilariously wobbly camera work? Or the genuinely shite graphics at the end?
All were frankly laughable and/or disturbing, although not quite as laughable and/or disturbing as the 'Smell my ear wax' pointy gesture at 31 seconds. I've seen horror films that left me less unnerved.
Let's hope he turns out to be as shite as his welcome video. If he is, then West Ham are a dead team walking.

Allegedly asked for a release clause in his contract if they go down.Doesn’t his transfer fee go above the annual losses by quite a bit? How will they pay for him when they go down?! ?
Is it just me that thinks it's absolutely tin pot with how they announce him as "the highly rated". I can't think of any other club that does that.

I‘d love to see these ‘improvements‘ to their shit hole of a training ground they’re supposed to have made.
