This lot will be right up for it against us for some inexplicable reason. I can feel it in my bones.

It all happened under Roman and he has been long gone, so I doubt much if anything will come from it.

HUGE HUGR game vs these lot, win it and we start to be taken seriously I think and also knives would be out for Poch from Chavski fans, draw or lose and it could be poch’s turning point for them.

I think we will win and it’ll be poetic Ange effectively ending Poch’s time at Chelsea after we all pined over having Poch back.

Nothing will come of this. There’s even precedent for there to be no action, thanks to Sugar successfully appealing our points deduction back in the 90s for things that had happened under the previous owners.
This was Boehly Reporting Abramovich, so don't expect Chelsea to be punished but there may be punishments for the parties involved

I mean… we didn’t ALL pine for him back.

Seems like some of their fans are abandoning them already because I work in a charity shop and this has just been donated...🤣

Charity shop brother, you’ll be lucky if even the rag merchants will take that off your hands! I had 3 old Umbro Spurs polo shirts with the old crest donated today and they’re virtually immaculate. Hoping to get a good price for them on our eBay site!

I think it's quite funny that they are pinning their entire season on Nkunku when recent history would tell us that forward players coming from the Bundesliga tend to struggle when coming to England. (there are obvious exceptions of players who were class all their career like Haaland etc).

Cases in point (numbers taken from previous 2/3 seasons before joining PL):

Timo Werner - 109 Games, 78 Goals in BL - 56 Games, 10 Goals in PL.
Kai Havertz - 64 Games, 29 Goals in BL - 101 Games, 20 Goals in PL.
Jean Mateta - 67 Games, 24 Goals in BL - 63 Games, 8 Goals in PL.
Jadon Sancho - 92 Games, 37 Goals in BL - 58 Games, 9 Goals in PL.

Nkunku - 59 Games, 36 Goals in BL.

Now Nkunku could end up being a Sonny, Haaland, Firmino or KDB but these players are/were some of the best forward players the PL has seen.

Also you have to factor in that both Haaland & KDB joined a club that were dominating with a great manager, Firmino joined another great manager & also had two of the most deadliest wingers in world football next to him & Sonny actually struggled to begin with but as we improved under Poch, Sonny got better & better.

Nkunku is being heaped with all this pressure & expectation but:
1 - doesn't have the players round him like Firmino did to help settle.
2 - won't be afforded the time like Sonny.
3 - isn't playing for the best team in the league with the best manager in Man City & Guardiola.

You could argue the same with Tonali, and yet Newcastle are paying the price.
if Chelsea cheated, Chelsea will have to pay the price, otherwise these could easily be worked around by sacking someone.

Surprisingly, it sold today and I got a tenner for it.
Couldn't believe my luck, especially as I was initially going put it out for a quid! 🤣

It's pretty rare that we get footie shirts and those that we do are usually in a shit state and go off to the ragman.
This Chelsea one was mint though, not sure it'd even been worn once.

We did get the Pony Spurs shirt donated a few years back though, with Ginola on the back.
We're supposed to put it out on the shop floor for 24 hours before staff can buy stuff but that one came straight home with me.
It's a shirt I've already got, bought in the days when I'd go every month and buy a shirt every season but it's blank.
I've got the Adidas one with Ginola on the back, probably my fave ever shirt but I've just given it to my son to hang on his wall.

Nice that’s a decent price for a Chelsea shirt!

I remember once putting out some West Ham bits and pieces and writing on the price tag something like ‘you should have supported Spurs’ and incorporating the score from a thrashing we’d given them into the price.

That’s one of things I love about my job, being able to take the piss in creative ways and use bizarre donations to prank my colleagues such as this that I left for someone to discover this morning…
