Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal have reignited their interest in signing their long-term transfer target Leandro Damiao in the summer, according to the Express.

The Brazil international has been on the Spurs' radar for the last two summer windows, while their north London neighbours Arsenal have closely monitored him over the past few years. The striker joined Santos from Internacional in January.

I think we should petition the government to see if he actually exists, just 100,000 signatures to go..

Hope not. Since moving to Santos his form has plummeted to an all time low and consequently his value. He's having a season a bit like Soldado's. I know form is temporary but is he really worth a gamble? If Pochettino is appointed we're more likely to buy Ricky Lambert.

Has anyone seen the reports as to why he's for sale?

Lack of agility and pace, and his inability to score regularly. So why the hell would we want him lol
