Back in September, we relayed news that Tottenham Hotspur have been closely following Club Brugge star Andreas Skov Olsen. The Denmark international continues to be on the Premier League side’s radar, if a report coming out of Belgium is to be believed. Het Nieuwsblad state Tottenham sent their scouts to Qatar to watch the 22-year-old [and other potential targets] live in action for his country at the World Cup.

He did not stand out in the games I saw. In fact Denmark looked poor attacking in general. Of course, it’s tough to judge a player’s ability and potential based on World Cup games.
