... when we look forward to the release of next season's football fixtures.

They come out Thursday next week, with the usual conspiracy theories about old red nose getting his way.

Read all about how they do it here:

and, to pass the time until England v USA, let the guessing of who our opening opponents will be BEGIN!

(My prediction: Newcastle away).

We are a top 4 team now. We will get an easy home game to start.

West Ham at home.

So it's not really that time of the year is it? It's another week away! :)

We'll moan whoever we get home or away, I'm also thinking Newcastle AWAY and we'll finish up with a nice couple of easy home matches to end our season like wot us big 4 teams get.

I said the time when we look forward to the release, not that this is the time of the release. Go to back of class for not paying attention!!!

Man Utd always start slow so I actually wouldn't mind Old Trafford 1st game of the season. Catch them cold and break the curse up there.

Got a funny feeling it will be Bolton. And if it is them I'm 100% certain we will play them either at home or away.

As long as we have to play 4 of the top 5 in April and May again

That was an easy run in for us!

I want Man U or Arsenal away first game of the season, so we can start the season breaking a hoodoo

Blackpool away. Nice long weekend up there would be perfect. Or a home game against someone like West Brom or Wigan

However, my prediction is for Bolton away. We never get a slightly easy first game

We have big Champions League bollocks these days so we could. That said, for any other top team Bolton away is an easy game, it's only because we bottle it against them and make it difficult for ourselves
