How Fickle Are Spurs Fans?

So seeing as we beat that south London pub team on Saturday, I thought id tune into Talksport this evening.
Great bit of gooner baiting as always by the chief wum on radio. They had a spurs fan come on talking about finishing top 4 and Europa cup win and they both started cracking up saying same old spurs fans, one minute we're the worst team in the world and then we're talking about a cup win and cl place.

We really are seen as being gobshites when things go well and manic depressives when things are abit stale. You see it on this site aswell.

So lads and ladies, are we really that bad compared to other clubs, or do we take the crown for being most fickle?

Unless the team you support are consistently successful or consistently average/shit it's the same for most clubs. Lose by a few goals tomorrow and some people will moan about it. Hardly surprising though when people are so emotionally involved.

We are not fickle at all. Although mostly we are and sometimes we are not. Then again I think we definitely are.

People forget, also other Spurs fans, that if they hear opinion A from fan b, c & d in January, and opinion B from fan x,y & z in February, it doesn't mean that all spurs fans are contradicting them selves. It only means that they are contradicting each other. Something we do do, all the frikin' time.
These contradictions can be mistaken for turned heads.

Id say we're one of the least fickle fans in the top half of the league.

Who else would stand by and sell out a stadium like ours after consistently failing to step up to the top level. We put up with far more crap and abuse than any other fans just look at the abuse Wenger gets or the abuse Moyes had hell the Ethiad can't even sell out for champions league games.

I think Ive heard about 5 Spurs fans on there in the last 10 years that didnt talk utter bollox.

Its not down to Clubs so much, its football fans in general who are fickle. Some worse than others but generally speaking all Clubs have elements in their fan base who are pretty fickle.

As far we go though, I don't think we're too bad at all.
