Which, in turn, means that clubs will be more inclined towards producing their own, both to reduce the cost of buying

thats very optimistic.... and thats what the english FA heck every FA wants...

but what will happen:

- big clubs will go around hording young players from all over the world. (like wat Barcelona is doing) they get them in at 15 so they will be a "home grown player"
- smaller clubs will lose their best talents to these bigger clubs
- these best talents will be stuck competing with foreign players.

but for our clan, we are lucky to have a great training facility, so hopefully we can move to do what the big boys will do and get good young players all over the world.
