People digging out kane is just weird. Guy delivered for years for us, we got a big fee when he went and didn't do us dirty by joining a rival.

Some of the comments in here are low rent.
Exactly, I want nothing but the best for him, and I hope he knocks arsenal and united out the CL

The man got us a huge fee and didn’t move to a rival. I’m sure hes watching and supporting all our games as well.

You do realise if all the English teams bomb out of European competition there is less chance of CL qualifications next year.

To be honest, I am not too fussed if we don't qualify for the champions league. We won't make a serious attempt to win it anyway.

I’d like the English teams to go as far as possible with some luck, and knacker themselves out for the league games. Bayern aren’t winning the CL anyway, they look slow and ponderous, kinda like watching a Conte team.

I watched half an hour of them yesterday and you're spot on. They looked absolutely awful. Not a hope they do anything in the CL unless they pull a fluke.

Seen a couple of their games since Kane moved and it’s like watching paint dry.

Nothing against Harry, but it would be pretty amusing if this is the year they win nothing.

I want him to do well, of course, but it would be hilarious. And at the moment it doesn't look that far off.

If we won a trophy this season do you think he’d be happy for us?

He might be conflicted if he doesn't win any himself,
but that probably won't be an issue, so yes I think he will and he'd probably love to be in the stands (vip ofc)

And neither will Bayern. Which makes Kane's decision more baffling to me. I guess he's content winning a couple of Mickey Mouse cups over there.

I do, but would love to see arsenal get spanked by Bayern again. The chance of them winning the CL makes me feel more nauseous.

I think if by chance we do manage to beat Arsenal in a couple of weeks, or get a last minute equaliser for example, then we’ll see something on Twitter from Kane. I don’t think it’s personal that he hasn’t said anything, I just think he’s putting all his focus into Bayern.

Re English teams getting far in Europe so 5th place qualifies, I want Kane to score 7 against Utd home and away but Utd still qualify. Then Kane to score 8 against Arsenal in the last 16. City v Utd final, City to win because it doesn’t matter anymore, and Utd making the final over Arsenal and Newcastle means English teams get more points but we don’t have to worry about Arsenal winning it or Newcastle winning it and becoming yet another team to win a recent trophy before us. Villa will almost certainly win the Europa Conference too. West Ham can fuck off home asap though. That should be enough for 5th place.

Don't want them to do too badly, and end up sniffing around for a new coach...

Was Kane asked about our excellent start in the England press conference? I know he spoke about Dele and learning German but it seems every single Spurs player is being asked about Kane but not the other way around.

Likely the press officer for the team told the journalists, no Tottenham questions.
