It'll be adjusted to two on appeal which is why it is four. UEFA are a fucking joke. Essentially it is one game (at least) this season then half of next season's group games as a worst case scenario. Hardly damaging for the player is it.

I don't know if the 4 is consecutive to his 1 match ban but there is a danger that we could look a bit wimpish if we start drafting "Dear Monsiuer Platini" letters.
An italian footballer is an unpleasant cowardly cheat, it shouldn't happen but it does ,go deal.

Its a minimum of 3 games for UEFA/FIFA. Happy if they keep it to a 4 match ban

Considering Hudd didn't get banned for a most blatant elbow earlier on in the competition, I don't think we've got any cause to moan about Uefa being lenient.

Besides, he's out until the final, should they progress that far. Seems about right to me.

EUFA, with this type of timid decision, are sending out all the wrong messages as IMHO just for the head butt he should have got 4, the hand around the throat required at least a 10 match suspension, minimum. Particularly as that was caught with Gattuso's shirt sleeve promoting Fair Play. LOL.

IF milan get to the final he will be eligible to play. UEFA must have realised that and given him a 5 match ban to save the embarrassment of missing every game but the final. But to be fair they will get beat next game so it wont really matter
