I don't think any of them can, we should see them in Oz though.

I think Alli can, it's just a matter of whether we choose to use him or not. His loan would qualify as a "youth loan," thus allowing him to play with us upon returning to the club at any point. Pritchard was able to play for us last season as a result of his youth loan expiring on his 21st birthday, and Swindon's regular season hadn't even ended yet. I suspect Alli will be reporting to training at Spurs very shortly, and we'll see if he receives any game time.

They will be given exactly 5 mins by most people on here.

Two new signings is how I see them.

Yes, I want them to start our final matches so that I won't have to wait until next year to consign them to the rubbish heap.

There was a loan fee, so i don't think it was a youth loan. Hopefully I wrong though.

Do loan fees negate qualification for youth loans? And where did you see there was a loan fee? Curious, not criticizing of course.

Pritchard is never in a trillion years going to be good enough for Spurs and I shall guzzle my surgical support if Alli becomes a Premiership footballer.

(I just thought I would start the band wagon of dog's abuse rolling now rather that waiting for their first indifferent performance in a Spurs shirt.)

i bet they'd be more excited by signing thauvin for 20m though.

Actually the player who excites the fans most is Harry Kane, if Pritchard or Alli perform they'll excite the fans much more than a foreign import (not that foreign imports are wrong mind).

2 players I would be happy to see on the bench next season confident they could come on in a game and make a difference. Something I haven't been able to say about many of our options off the bench. We really need players who can get on the ball and make things happen and these 2 look like they could do that.

With these two in the squad we start next season with Alli, Pritchard, Bentaleb, Dier and Kane at 22 or younger and we may be able to add Fredericks to that number plus, by all accounts, Kevin Wimmer, not to mention Lamela at 23 the future had better be bright.:)

Haha. So you'll be able to claim that you knew it even before they played for us they'll fail.:)

Hmm...Most assists in the league this season and fans say Lamela's delivered zilch. Case in point.
Well he has delivered 7 assists in 43 games and one goal
Andries has six assists in 34 games so has a better ratio
Chadli has 5 but has also scored a lot
Eriksen and Kane have scored shed loads
I watch him play and he has been poor, stats are pretty irrelevant, di Maria has the 2nd most assists in the league but I hardly think any Man U fans would say he has been a success

Might be a bit early for Alli but I think Pritchard is ready. He's bossed that division and is now making it look easy. Plus, he's been making all the right noises about work rate etc.

I reckon by January/February next season he'll be a first team regular. Depending on what happens this summer, it could be earlier. Although I'd rather he was eased in like Kane was.

I'm really excited about Pritchard being in the team next season - he looks phenomenal. I haven't seen any of Dele Alli yet, though his goal record is very impressive for a central midfielder.

Personally think Alli will spend next season back at the Dons, now that they are a Championship side.
He will get regular games there, whereas I don't think he will do much more than the cup games if he is with us.
There's zero danger in loaning him back there too. He's an MK born and bred lad, he's loved at the Dons, and we know Robinson will play him.

You could be right. I think it will depend on pre-season and how much he is able to take in and put into practice of Poch's pressing and quick passing. If it goes well, I think he could be in Poch's thoughts.

That's what I thought too, but a freind mentioned a rule which basically says that a loan cannot be made back to the sellling club in the TW when the player was purchased - so Alli is not on a standard youth loan, so will not be eligible to play in our remaining games of the season.

Mind you I always thought he might need a couple of weeks (starting now) to learn exactly how Poch wanted him to play as a CM and to get to know how other Spurs players played, so maybe it comes to almost the same. However looks like we are more likely going to need to wait to see him play in pre-season.

I'm sure I read somewhere (might have been ITK) that one of the major factors in Alli joining us was because he would in around the first team squad. I do agree with you however, a year in the Championship would have been a natural progression for him.

Don't get me wrong, I am also looking forward to seeing both Pritchard and Alli in a Spurs shift....but I want to see them at least play a few games first before I start getting too exited
I certainly hope both of them plus Dominic Ball make the "next" step up and become quality contributors though it may be too early to expect Alli to be a first team regular.
