Di Matteo has been sacked by West Brom!

What do you guys think? Harsh? I think so...

Pathetic is what it is. They've been poor recently but they're still above the relegation zone and they were a pre-season favourite for the drop. Think the owners have been blinkered by the terrific start they made, which is indefensible as we all knew they were over-performing.

Nutty. I guess Allardyce might be the prime candidate if they want to stay in the league.

2 out of 3 promoted sides have sacked their manager this season.

Madness.
I thought he'd done a great job considering the circumstances.
I suppose apart from the usual suspects they could get Martin Jol but the sacking reflects poorly on them.

Awful, awful, awful. Arguably even harsher than Chrissy Hughton. What the hell do they expect? Expect they've got Allardyce lined up or something. Disgraceful.

Di Matteo is one of the nice guys in football but it isn't enough to be nice.

Bad news.

BMJ's a former Albion player, hope they go for him (and hope he wants the job) because I don't want to see their attractive playing style undone by someone like Allardyce.

So they should get the rich mans Allardyce instead.

Unless there's something behind the scenes that we don't know about or West Brom have something special lined up then this doesn't make sense.

A bit harsh the decision was made after an away loss to Man City. It's also strnage how he is on gardening leave and not sacked.

But WBA had been dropping down the table in the last few weeks and they have two 6 pointers in next 2 games.
