According to some random people on The Spurs Show podcast, David Dein has been escorting some russians around our new training ground.

Have I missed something here? Anyone else heard this?

You can hear it here: http://playbackmedia.co.uk/the-spurs-show/ in the "Magic Of The Cup" podcast about 3/4 of the way through.

Also I meant to add they are talking about Lewis and Levy supposedly selling the club as if Dein is an estate agent?

Anyone snap a picture then. Remember, the deathlier the stare the more people they've "disposed" of the richer they are!

Tell Usmanov not to waste any more of his time trying to take control of the goons, sell his shares and sink all his cash into us.

Wasn't there a big furore (might be a made up word shut up it sounds good) about us getting new ownership in the summer that disappeared very quickly?

Frankly I don't want any oil barons near my club, I like Spurs having a soul.

How does having a oil barren take away the soul, say a rich owner just made money available to a manager, how would this take away the soul?

Im not having a go but Im just asking a genuine question to what you determine the soul of a club to be and what it represents?

Nah, they were just a couple of Jenas fans with a David Dein lookalike.

He'd have to change the name of his investment company from 'Red & White holdings' to 'Blue & White holdings' first.;)

Having a soul means winning things not buying them.
Having a soul means developing your own players and building a team over time.
Having a soul means keeping to traditions and standards of decency and fair play
built over decades.
The soul of the club is an ethos of playing attractive football
for the entertainment of the loyal paying fans and living up to their standards.
Cutting corners and taking short cuts by becoming the plaything of some foreign oligarch
is the road to nowhere and Champions League is nowhere in my book
if you have to buy it or win it by cheating, harassing the ref, diving, and putting success before good football.

A member of Usmanov's extended family attended my uni - awful human being. I don't want that family anywhere near our club, not even causing trouble at Arsenal
