AVB is a decent manager who actually did well to nearly get us fourth with a team that was a shell of the side managed by Redknapp.

Daniel Levy is a very good chairman, has overseen achievements we previously could only dream of (a champions league final!), and clearly cares about the club winning trophies and succeeding on the pitch.

The fans that boo and jeer him are morons who just need to let their frustration out at someone. It’s possible to work very hard, care deeply, and fail. The Premier League is a competition with only one winner that has five richer clubs than us; we will fail most of the time. Get over it and get behind the club, including its chairman. It’s not like Levy has walked away and let the club rot after failing for a few years, which many other owners have done. He has persisted for over 20 years. I think that says a lot.

You lot are mostly insufferable. I hang out only for the 20% or so who are genuinely interesting.

You‘re free to imagine yourself in the 20%.

De Zerbi isn't as great of a manager as the hype says he is and is benefiting from graham potter's and Brighton's set up.
Graham potter would have achieved the same if he stayed.

The great anfield atmosphere is a myth. They sing you'll never walk alone before the match, at HT and if they win at FT. Other than that it's a graveyard.

Graham potter would have achieved the same if he stayed.
And his XG team would have scored the same amount of goals too :ROFLMAO:

*cracks knuckles*

Recent history:
Redknapp shouldn't have been sacked
Jol shouldn't have been sacked
We should have held on to Carrick/Berbatov/Keane/Modric/VDV/Bale no matter the cost
VDV wasn't over rated

Current squad:
Kaboul is over rated
Dawson is fucking awesome
I've hated Tim Sherwood since 1995, and was never happy with us signing him, and full on WTF'd when Redknapp brought him in.
Chadli is average.
Jenas was better than Paulinho.
Eriksen/Lamela/Capoue are proper footballers, and our best players.
Soldado is going to be terrific next season.
Rose is complete shite.
Townsend isn't a footballer.
I am very positive about Pochettino and am looking forward to this season!

Going further back:
ENIC have rejuvenated this club
However Graham shouldn't have been sacked.
Everything started when we signed Edgar Davids.
I'd have gone gay for David Ginola circa '98/99.
Teddy Sheringham was my hero.
Rebrov was a class footballer who would have been amazing for us but was undermined by Hoddle.
Freund was shit.
Tarrico was shit.
I liked Michael Brown.

To add to the above, simply:

  • Should never have sacked Poch
  • Should have sold Dier and Dele to Jose's Man Utd for a combined £100m when we had the chance, and let Poch use it how he felt in the doom portending summer of 2018.
  • Instead we've utterly cocked it and I don't see us back in the top 4 for half a decade.
  • I actually don't even care about the league. I want us to go back to being the cup side we used to be. Remember when we used to bring a trophy home every 2 or 3 seasons?

The BSoDL are the most gullible people on the planet, beating Forrest Gump and Joseph (immaculate conception, yeah right) hands down. It isn't even a contest :woot:

I actually like Tim Sherwood. I think his heart's in the right place, especially when it comes to Spurs. He speaks his mind, even though he can sound foolish at times.

We have the softest, quietest, most frightened (of change, of speaking out, of demanding success, etc.) supporters of any team in England. I’m not even really talking about people that come on a Spurs board and care enough to read and make comments- I mean our fan base in general.

I’m sorry but our fans fucking suck.
