Are we though really, whos missing that you would say is a definite starter, not including kane who dont want to be here. Ndombele hasnt managed a decent 90 minutes since we signed him, lo celso still hasnt really cemented a place in the team.
Still early days and PEH for example will still be getting up to match sharpness but for me at most we are only missing 3 or 4 max that would be playing based on our current squad and thats being generous

I would expect that our established first 11 next season won't contain any of Gollini, Dier, Tanganga, Doherty, Dele, or one of Bergwijn/Lucas. Probably one of Hojbjerg/Skipp in a lot of games too. That's 6 or 7 players.

Ndombele didn't finish many games, but he started a shitload in the league last season. Lo Celso isn't injured anymore, and we're gonna sign CBs and RB.

Our team will look very different.

Pre season friendly and all that but you can see the massive difference in quality. Alot of people on here are having hojbjerg/Skipp down to start together, someone even said they’ll If that’s the starting midfield next season we’ll dominate 99% of teams in the middle. Don’t want to sound harsh but it’s laughable. Miles away from Dembele/Wanyama level. Not just there though we are far off in every area of the pitch.

Thankyou brilliantly said you cannot play them together in midfield unless you have super creative players around them which we do not have at the moment
