Agree, but won't happen. He seems allergic to anything other than 4231. A formation that we've been playing since AVB started and has continually failed to work consistently. We're far better suited to a 433 with the players and limitations we have.

Burnley look like they're in a relegation dogfight and are disciplined, while we look like we're not quite sure what we're playing for and are sloppy. Bout sums it up.

I've said all season I'll give him until next year when he's had time to bring in some players of his own. However, he could have bought players in the winter so I'm not sure there's any merit to this thinking.

I've all said all season that we are not a good team. One or two standout one-offs vs Chelsea/Arsenal don't fool me. This team is playing terrible football and has been all season. Mark my words, we would be in the bottom half of the league and Poch would be gone had Kane not broke through, because that is how bad we are playing in most games.

I'm willing to give him until early next season but I have very, very little faith, and it gets worse every game.

Yup. Broadly agree with that. Poch is out of his depth imo & offers little.
