Totally agree, was a cracking fight imo ultimately ruined by boxings usual beyond dodgy decisions.

Will say after that though that I think Fury would absolutely destroy Usyk
Fury will pound his body and won’t ease up when he spots an opening. Was on the fence about how Fury would go before tonight but think Fury takes him now

Uysk massivley got away with one tonight - that was a legit body shot. Looking at Ward - Kovalev II, that body shot was more of a nut shot and still won him the fight.

Good fight despite the controversy, but it will surely get declared a no contest. Usyk went down winded and gasping for breath, that’s not the reaction of someone who’s been hit in the nuts!

Edit: to add, I’ve seen people saying that if it was called a knockdown Usyk may have reacted differently and beaten the count so it wouldn’t have made a difference…. What? Apart from the next four minutes of recovery that he got where Dubois would’ve been all over him looking to finish the fight. And that’s only if he beat the count.

DD was absolutely cheated out of a sensational victory. It was a legitimate body shot l was clearly on the waist band. USyk - who I like - was in no condition to continue and DD should have won.

As someone of Romany gipsy blood Ive followed Tyson Fury from his first fights. Fury would stop Usyk but DD should get a rematch with the Ukrainian first.

Hard to read Smith, he looks really in the zone though. Then the camera goes to CEJ and he looks more focused than he usually does. He knows this is make or break.

This could be a good fight. Reckon Smith wins it but it'll at least go past the half way mark. Ref stops it in the 8th.

Eubank more organised but Smith letting him just go through his combinations then making it scrappy - great shot from Eubank there though, Smith didn't see that one coming. Jammy he gets the break too lol

What happened?

I’m keeping an eye on the betting odds. They just halved bin Smith’s favour, though he’s still an outside bet.

Eubank put him on one knee in the 4th, great wee uppercut through his guard, then just went wild in the 5th - Smith on the ropes just dodging shots for a solid minute it felt like.

tbf, Smith is still fighting and Eubank doesn't look knackered, few more rounds in this yet.

Smith might've hurt his ankle but it doesn't look like it's bothering him too much. Flexing and stretching it in the corner. Both of them looking pretty calm, Eubank will be winning this on points by a long way rn, Smith's barely thrown a punch that's landed.

Smith can only win this now by knocking out Eubank, which just won't happen. Eubank firmly in control.

|Eubank's actually looked like a real professional, probably the best fight I've seen him have. Really organised.

Yep, right decision, Smith had nothing to send back. Eubank looked like a different fighter, new coach needs a pat on the back.
