Everytime Joshua caught him Ruiz took the pinch well and left himself open.
Yep can't throw those lazy punches and expect everyone to fall over and he had the evidence in the parker fight to watch on tape just a lazy performance. Ruiz is better than his body suggests though vnfast hands decent combinations and other than a shortish break between fights he's been in camp a pretty long time.Everytime Joshua caught him Ruiz took the pinch well and left himself open.

I just don't think he's the sort of guy that has ever been slim his cardio for boxing is decent I mean he went the distance with parker and wa far less gassed than AJ prob throwing more punches. I mean he could prolly lose a stone but.like I said hes been in camp a long time maybe just needs to run more ?I'm always a bit puzzled when you see fighters who clearly don't keep themselves in good shape.
You'd have thought that for such a dangerous sport, you'd want to give yourself every opportunity to compete with your opponents in the ring.
And fitness is something that any fighter, regardless of boxing ability, can work on.
I remember doing Thai boxing with a guy like Ruiz.I'm always a bit puzzled when you see fighters who clearly don't keep themselves in good shape.

Hoping the AJ rematch is at our new home!
I think Hearn under estimated Ruiz he had over 100 amateur fights and fought a month before this one making him the more active fighter out of the two. Joshua will struggle if he goes against Wilder and Fury. I dont see him winning the Ruiz rematch either
Completely agreeI find it weird that a lot of people seem to accept Canelo over GGG so easily following their fights.
Short term memories. GGG won the first one and the second one was arguably a draw, yet you’ve got lots giving it ‘Canelo don’t need him/GGG needs to beg’ etc
Still, I’m basing it on Twitter where the cesspit of humanity seem to congregate!
