Imagine this Loma v the 130lb Mayweather. What a fightLomachenko v Rigondeaux
Surprised Rigo was so badly outclassed, Lomachenko is one of the most talented fighters I've ever seen.
Lomachenko has only had 11 professional fights?! Feels like the hype around him has been about for ages. Suppose he did win a couple of gold medals, too. Surprised to see he has a loss on his record too, definitely one of the most naturally gifted boxers I've ever seen.

His loss was to Salido for the WBC World Title in his second professional fight...and although he lost, it was a split decision in a fight where Salido didn't make weight (and lost his belt anyway) and came in 11lbs heavier than Lomachenko before the fight.
The referee was fucking brutal too, most low blows I've seen anyone get away with in a big fight.
Lomachenko has been after a rematch for a long time, he would outclass Salido now. I don't think there are many that could come close to him...maybe Mikey Garcia, but I'd still favour Loma.
If anyone hasn't seen him before I'd highly recommend checking him out.
Daniel Dubois with another KO in the first 3 rounds on Saturday, Skybet have him 1/3 to win a heavyweight title in the next 2-3 years or something stupid. Rumoured to have already knocked down (the overrated IMO) AJ in training. Real British future contender if he has the chin/legs (remains to be seen)!
I'm just not overly convinced by Joshua's stamina after so many fights, remains to be seen if Dubois has stamina or a chin, but I like his power and his positioning in the ring for a big lad. Don't rate Wilder or Joseph Parker that highly either.
Honestly think Fury isn't finished yet, would like to see Joshua v Fury.
Heavyweight division is a bit stale at the moment IMO. Needs someone to come through or step up from Cruiser/Light-Hevyweight.
The thing with boxers is you often can't tell their level until they are truly tested.
David Price had an aura invincibility to him until he got knocked out by Thompson.
Fury never impressed me but then showed his level with his performance against Klitschko.
Joshua has shown he can get in a tough situation and still fight through. He certainly has champion level qualities but I think bulking up is a mistake.
Wilder has not yet been tested but I was massively impressed with the manner in which he beat Stiverne. But if this is a case of him just being about to smash through lowlevel opponents or if he has the stuff to be a true champ is yet to be seen.
It’s true, especially at heavyweight, that you never can tell what a fighter has until he is asked the questions.
Price, at no point had an aura of invincibility though mate! Anyone who had seen his am career knew he was a knockout waiting to happen.
It’s going to be interesting watching who comes out on top if and when these heavyweights face off against each other. If he comes back fully fit and on form, Fury will take some beating
Yes he did, he was knocking people out left and right. ESPN had him as prospect of the year so even the Yanks thought he had potential.

But anyway I think Joshua will come out on top of the current crop. Just think he needs to lose a bit of the bulk as he has slowed down.
But, he had been wiped out a few times as an am and had beat nobody above domestic level. There were plenty who knew he’d crumble as soon as he stepped up. I personally thought it would have been at a higher level than old man Thompson though.
Safe money says Joshua, and he absolutely needs to trim that size down a bit. I don’t think we’ll ever see the best of Fury again unfortunately.
Lomachenko did what he had to do, I dont think he looked anything special in that fight. Rigo looked like he was just there for the payday, too much holding. Lomachenko now should have a rematch with the guy who beat him and then move up and figh the best guys.Lomachenko v Rigondeaux

Tyson didn't make the olympics as he wasn't a great amateur. Plenty of stories of boxers unbeatable at amateur and in sparring but different as a pro and vice-versa.
I hope Wilder does step up as the American crowd can make for some great big money fights.
