The club should back itself in the transfer market to find the right players to finish off what is becoming an excellent squad. 10 of the 11 starters today were brought in over the last 2 years, including the entire back 5 that looks transformative.

There will be misses with transfers, including costly ones, but the current setup has been very successful in raising the quality of the squad.
