He used to make some horrible challenges and I’d yell insults at my TV, but in recent years he’s cut that out and improved as a player. I’d be happy if we signed him.

Have to say Vini's hold up play and technic with the ball are very concerning. Can't rely on him holding the ball, receiving it or linking with a teammate. Of course Aston Villa's CBs are very strong and difficult to deal with, but is tough to see that if he's not in the right place at the right time like in his goal he offers very little else. Hopefully a good run of games help him gain confidence, we definitely need him.
