Bit of a train crash wasn’t it. It seems to be impossible to have an adult debate with the AFTV crew top to bottom, and as for Ty shouting from the sidelines and interrupting everyone, maybe it’s time he took a break for his own welfare. Robbie has a duty to his employees and not just his own bank balance, turning them into circus acts.

Yeah it was. It's a shame because it ended up being a bit of a slanging match at times instead of a more constructive debate. I think our guy was even a little bit guilty of that initially but of course Ty took it to the extreme and then Robbie felt he needed to chip in too.

Ty just very oddly can't control himself. I wouldn't even say he has the outbursts of a 5 year old as I'd then be insulting all the 5 year old children out there.

I still laugh when he got baited by a 12 year old who called him "deluded". His reaction was priceless.

I’m not clued up in this area but it’s clear he has mental issues and it can’t be helping exposing him to the world like this. There is banter and fun, but this seems to risk pushing people like Ty over the edge to me.

Nketiah's a decent player who's only going to get better with more game time. I'd have been much happier seeing him leave on a free than staying there.

There’s a video of him somewhere arguing with a mascot (Leicester I think!). Pretty disturbing stuff.

Edit- no it’s West Ham!!

Aha yeah I need to revisit that again for sure.

Yeah it does look like he does, his behaviour is far from normal.

El neny staying beyond the banter is very good news. Partey Xhaka Lokonga will all be staying means at most they will sign 1 cm when they need 2 at least.

Ty is like 53 or something he’s clearly not right I’d love to know what job he does if he actually works.

Watching The Debate thing finally on the top 4 section. Fuck me Ty speaks over everyone and he isn't even on the stage. Everybody else gave each other the chance to speak. He's an embarrassment. Makes it hard to watch.

Really hope he fucks off once and for all.

Maybe but 100 plus k a week and 5 million signing bonus. Fuck that. Let them keep him

Finished watching our section. That was a waste of time. Was all about Ty and United. Don't think we had the best representative either.

Video here from Curtis Shaw who actually seems to be a pretty decent Arsenal fan. Basically the gist of it: "How has Eddie got this deal?" ?

Thing is I don't even think he's a bad player or anything but at the same time he screams that mediocrity that I think Arsenal fans are desperate to move on from. I'm not sure he would particularly greatly shine at even a lower half team.

They'll probably just go and buy the one striker now as I'm not sure he'd sign that contract if he knew he'd go on to be behind two new players but eventually he will fall down the pecking order again.

Missing out on CL probably tied their hands here (feels good typing that). They likely don't have the cash or pull to bring in more than one now so renewing Nketiah makes sense.

They think he's their Harry Kane but the reality is he's bang average.

Yeah I think so too. I also think extending his contract isn't a bad thing essentially, but the structure, 100k a week for 5 years for such a player could end up problematic for multiple reasons. Not that I mind!

Yeah, I would have just ignored his presence and not reacted to anything he said.

He's one of those that you simply can't debate with because he has an answer for everything.

Just leave people like that to it.

100k a week for Nketiah will be a disaster. He’s clearly not going to be the main striker, he’s not a player that can play wide. So basically you are paying still a pretty much unproven kid £100k to sit on the bench. But the worst of it is imagine being Saka or Martinelli you have every right to ask for £300k. Genuinely this could be disastrous and yet also hysterical ?
