It seems to be impossible to have an adult debate with the AFTV crew top to bottom, and as for Ty shouting from the sidelines and interrupting everyone, maybe it’s time he took a break for his own welfare. Thing is I don't even think he's a bad player or anything but at the same time he screams that mediocrity that I think Arsenal fans are desperate to move on from. I'm not sure he would particularly greatly shine at even a lower half team.

Yeah I think so too. I also think extending his contract isn't a bad thing essentially, but the structure, 100k a week for 5 years for such a player could end up problematic for multiple reasons. Not that I mind!

100k a week for Nketiah will be a disaster. He’s clearly not going to be the main striker, he’s not a player that can play wide. So basically you are paying still a pretty much unproven kid £100k to sit on the bench. But the worst of it is imagine being Saka or Martinelli you have every right to ask for £300k. Genuinely this could be disastrous and yet also hysterical ?
