I've said previously that Arteta will be gone by the end of 2020 and I'm sticking to that.

The main problem right now isn't Arteta's system, which actually created chances last night, it's the confidence of the players.

For example, some of their shots on goal were so half hearted and tame, despite the build up play being okay, it made you think they're in serious trouble.

No idea who the board will bring in though. Can't be much worse than Arteta tbh.

I assume she is able to afford to feed and cloth such a ridiculously large family ? Or she expecting the state to feed and cloth her ever growing family ?
I dunno, I think it's a joke mate... Unless this is also a joke and we are well and truly down the rabbit hole

Heard a whisper they have sounded out big Sam (until the end of the season) but he's not their first choice.

Whilst this is amusing cos the fans would lose their collective shit, I think it is possibly the best thing they could do right now.

Arsenal's manager is not the problem - it is their hierarchy. Whoever decided to pay Willian £250k per week, Ozil £350k per week and Aubameyang £375k per week is really very stupid (combined £50M per year commitment!!!). And they are committed ot those deals in a Global pandemic when clubs are losing over £100M a year in lost revenues.

Nope, still not seeing a problem.

If they sack Arteta who can they reasonably get in? They are stuck together for now I reckon.

Despite what some people on here might think they are still have a certain amount of pulling power. If the job became available even David Moyes might consider it for five minutes.

As much as I’d agree they need to invest in youth and sack off players like Xhaka, the comparison to us in 2014 doesn’t quite work. We had Kane, they don’t have anyone with that class or mental strength. Mason and Bentaleb were great sidekicks that season but a year or so later they were gone.

If they can get PEA playing and play more or their good young players, they will improve but I’m not sure that will happen.

Sadly. He he

And yet they had the cheek to make 55 people redundant.

I hope Sheff Utd or WBA move quickly to get him in then.

See, from a defensive and solidity point of view that would be good for them, but imagine what their "megastars" Aubameyang, Willian, etc. Are going to think of that. Are they going to get motivated by that? I can't see it. Not with their egos. They'll still have issues scoring goals .

Why on AFTV do they keep mentioning Poch so easily as someone they could bring in? I mean I know we sacked him in the end but I really couldn't see him there at all.
