They won against West Ham but before that their last victory in the league was at the start of October - 1-0 at home against Bournemouth.

If they had any sense they'd sell Aubemayang and replace him with a stable and functioning CB/DM pair. They could easily stick Lacazette up top and perhaps it would get the best out of Pepe.

Their fans won't have it though as they are mad about 'stars' but I think they need to step back a bit before they can move forward.

Absolutely delighted that their Ceballos gamble has backfired!
They’ll sign a flashy winger for the retweets and likes. Social Media FC

They've been impressive in that first half against Utd. Quite clear what Arteta is asking them to do

Its too early yet but Arteta will be fine for them. I said this before that he just strikes me as someone who knows what to do, how to do it and has the confidence to do it. He is pretty intelligent to which you can judge by how he talks to the media etc. Very calm and collected.

Typical Tottenham fans would’ve laughed at his appointment and will probably end up with egg on their faces.

It’s just how our relationship goes with them.

Reckon Arteta will probably do quite well in the short-term, like Ole, but for much different reasons. As previously mentioned, it'll be once they start to have a dip and the new methods/intensity to their game naturally drops, you'll see the true scale of the project.

Arsenal's first half against Manchester United showed glimpses of what Arteta can do with them. He clearly has adapted the Pep mentality to go out and attack with a high press, but Arsenal ever since Emery took over has learned to start their attack from the back letting them dictate the game and build slowly for an attack. That could potentially cost them in the big run if they don't step up their game. Pépé came off after 10 mins in the second half, completely fatigued. Matic had a good run at them in the second half by dribbling half of their defense away

There’s the obvious megawank over reaction in the media about how they’ve turned the corner after three games. Hopefully it will end like it has in recent history for them. Badly.

Must admit the result and performance vs Utd has me a bit worried, even though they only picked up one point from his first two games. Against Chelsea they did pretty well only to be outdone by defensive errors, which could be resolved if they buy well. Just need to hope they blew their load financially in the summer.

You also have to consider however that McTominay didn't play and Utd tend to fall to pieces without him. Him and Rashford were the stand out players when they beat us and City in December.

Impressive win but could be a bit premature that Arteta will be their Pep.

Yup, never thought I'd say it but McTominay is absolutely United's glue these days. Equally, Lingard has become an absolute waster.

Rashford couldn't of looked less interested too against Arsenal. He just didn't look arsed. Very weird.

Arteta learned of pep. As much as i hate saying it. He is a good appointment for them.
