he’s already nearly caught up with playing as many games as Sessegnon. Another 10 and he’s ahead of Gio.

You have to feel for him because issues with his medical (which I perhaps naively assumed he'd have some right to confidentiality over) are being aired (and maybe exaggerated) by the buying club to try and force the price down.

He´s staying until summer. At least. Which is what the club and player wanted, apparently. But Brugge will not then get even close to the price we were willing to pay just a week ago, even less so the widely leaked Brentford price. And the player will have a much harder time attracting interest from clubs on PL level because of all this, especially with the so called issues with his medical.

May not even move in the summer, if he has a knee/back op then clubs will probably want to see how he looks first. Might be one for next January or the summer after that if he starts playing more regularly.
