so 2 days to go, and Levy has sold our best ever striker for 100M and not replaced him....another coach thrown under the bus by him and ENIC..

The man with unlimited lives, luckily for him there’s an international break coming, where everyone will forget it by then 🤦🏼‍♀️

Lets be frank, this wouldnt have bothered us too muxch at the start of june/july. However we are 24hrs away from the window closing, we havent rven signed the CB we needed last summer, let alone replace our greatest ever goalscorer.

Thats why this hurts so much. This club, i swear will be the death of me.

It was never going to be both players. It's the same shit from earlier in the summer with the CB's. They'll get whatever one is the favourable deal it's our modus operandi

No one wanted Fati until we were told we were getting him, now everyone's upset. it's the same with literally every transfer.

Not too bothered as long as we secure Johnson. He’s the one.

Also, they’re in Europe, we’re not. Will get more opportunities to play there especially now we’re not in one cup. Makes sense tbh.

Only good thing about this is hopefully I never have to read the phrase dry loan ever again

IF the loan with no option is an issue surely we would know this long ago? There is no way any well run football club would allow themselves to get into this position time after time.

Either the club is so badly run it does not do its due diligence or we really are completely run by a chancer trying to buy assets at below market rates.

My money’s on both.

Back to the point that **LW should not be a priority this window!!*

We literally have 4 left wingers in the squad, including our club captain and a new signing (Solomon). We play once a week. Sign a fucking CB!!

Must admit, it's not looking great and the usual signs are creeping in as we approach the last 48 hours of the window. Starting to feel like it's going to be a scramble and the chance we do nothing in terms of incomings is a real possibility imo. A deal like this collapsing kind of ramps up the pressure. With no firm movement in terms of outgoings, it's all starting to look too late and messy unfortunately.

It’s more because we have such little time left mate so no Fati = probably Johnson or nothing which is absolutely completely unacceptable.

I just don't understand why something so black and white as whether the loan has an option/obligation or not wasn't decided on early. How can something be 99% done and THAT be the 1%? Shouldn't this be part of the first conversation? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.
Exactly this

Why the fuck was this not cleared up at least a few days ago?

Now what happens?

And why is this happening window on fucking window?

A smart club would have dropped £50m on Jonathan David weeks ago & kept negotiating for an Orban or someone. Tottenham Hotspur are not a smart football club. It is a finished club.
