We I would imagine are a very tasty proposition for someone who wants a project that can sustain and progress.

We have a good young squad an are about to add to it by the sounds of it, a brand new training complex and a new stadium about to start.

I have a feeling if not now then in the next year or two it may happen.

I'm not sure how I feel about it if it does, I don't want us to become like city but I do want to see success, I dilemma that is hard to get my head round. I do ultimately think though if you want success then you have to go that way.

Shame

Then again, if you are going to sell the club why sack Harry?

i am really impressed with Levy's ambition as a chairman over the years he has steadily progressed us as a club. however i will quickly adjust to being a super rich club, yes like City who can buy whom they please. i detested Chelsea when they bought the title to a degree city when they were first taken over and "took" our place in the CL as without their riches they would not have gotten there.

now i am comfortable with being that club and it is for one reason. i would rather it was us being bought over by a uber rich sheik than say newcastle, Villa, Everton etc. if the later were to occur it would move us further down the pecking order. this is just the way the game is evolving unfortanetly.

But why sack harry? If it was as some have reported that he didn't want young and upcoming players and prefered ready made that you wouldnt make a profit on. Then that points to a long term view on levys behalf.

2+2 = 5

ITK after ITK have said levy would stay as chairman even after any takeover so while levy has a lot on his plate atm it won't be a factor in any selling up

Love it if true. But itk after itk means as much to me as "we're all in this together".

Definitely a thought provoking article. Whatever the reality of it just one though occurs to me. That is that DL has, by all accounts, very recently lost his mother. And now it appears that his wife is seriously ill.

DL, my thoughts and prayers are with you and you OH.
