I presume that's £2.5b to take on the club and it's debt, not on the basis of ENIC paying off the debt prior to sale, so values the club brand and its assets at circa £3.3b.
I guess Lewis and Levy would just be selling their shares in the club for £2.5B. The loans belong to the club, secured against the stadium. It would be up to qsi if they wanted to pay the loans off. Or take some more loans out.

But maybe QIS? Or QIC?

These rich folkes will just start another company... with like 80% being own by QSI, then buy the club.

Pretty sure there are enough Princes to sit on their board of directors.
