Maddison is a special player. I am starting to think that we're very lucky to get him just as he decides to take the game and life more seriously. I also think Ange may be the perfect coach for him.

Kulu killed every attack that has come his way again today. He seems off-the-pace, low on confidence, and worse, low on skill. Not writing him off, but right now, he's just not up to it. I really would like to see either Son move to the right with Perisic coming on, or Solomon to replace Kulu and give him a full half to see what he can do.
I do think Son and Kulu were the most effected by the crap football last season and some times it takes players a look longer to adjust again mentally.

Kulu has shown some glimpses on the ball but the decision making has been poor. We know his decision making can be very good so let's back him to get going again

Maddison has great body language. Didn’t get the through pass he wanted from Kulu on the break and put his hands up disappointingly.

Then straight at half time he goes to him and says what he wanted in a positive way.

Really is a leader after three games.

Overall a good performance and most of the team have played well.

As others have said, Kulu is looking more and more like the obvious weakness. Teams have figured him out and he doesn't have the pace or enough tricks to beat his man. Still a talented, useful player but we need more options on the right.

Dunno if Johnson is the answer but simply having a bit of pace down the right would make a big difference to our attack.

Last week it was Son, two weeks ago it was Vicario. How about we just enjoy this immense turnaround in quality?

Some good play by us in that half. Got to be honest, starting to have misgivings about Richarlison and Kulu as to whether they are suited to what we are trying to do. I'm not particularly sold on Brennan Johnson at all but I think he'd be much more suited than Kulu in the same position.

Personally, I think that Richy needs more than 3 games. People cast judgment way too quickly.
He was really unlucky with that first chance as by cutting in he took out the GK and defender who was going to block it.

But his landing foot clipped the ball and made it harder to adjust to.

The second one was a right angle with 2 players in front of him. He had to get it through a ball wide space to score

I say this every week. But just for 20 minutes. Okay Son on the right and Kulu on the left? Why not even try it. Infuriates me.

I know each team is different but do we know if ange played left footed wingers on left and right footed on right?

Deki is a good footballer, but I think Solomon should get at least 30 minutes today. He got pace, is tricky and can strike the ball.

I'm sorry, I'm not having he's short of confidence. It's been over a year now. He has been absolute shit. Needs upgading asap.

I think Kulu is the one struggling to adapt the most. Under Conte he took the safe option and it's become ingrained. He just needs to take the positive option every time for a bit and hopefully his game will turn around.
He’s just not suited to what the role is mate. He needs to carry the ball quicker and beat his man on the outside more often, which he can rarely do and most of the time if he does his right foot is a piece of chocolate. Too predictable and doesn’t suit the system. We need to buy a RW and move him inside as a 10. He really is not a winger at all

Kulu ineffective again, how long can he keep his position in the team when in this kind of form?!
Witness Son last season. We absolutely need to sort out the forward line. Our performances so far have been despite them, not because of them.

We don't need him to come short or move into channels. He leaves the box complete barren and provides no threat. When Maddison or Son look up, he's not where he should be. IMO.
Yeah, 'cause Kane was always in the box waiting for the final ball.
