Regardless of how well/bad Conte does, Levy still needs to go. I hope the Levy out chants don't stop and the pressure for him to go continues.

Not really. The job is more to make space. So once you are in that channel, there should be someone behind you to pass back to, a breaking midfielder normally. Contes teams are like, well everything is very detailed from where to move what pass to make.
I think the point I was making is neither Dele or Moura will fit that role and Neither of them have core passing skills.

Dier won't, he's far too limited a player.
Conte loves limited players though l. He consistently leaves out fan favs to play functional limited players. Often in very bizarre ways. There will be surprises in the teams he picks and players he will go for on occasion of that I'm sure.

Contes main question when it comes to players is 'can you do the role I need you to do?' 'can you listen to what I tell you?' If they cant he'd pick function over ability every time. Hes very much system over individuals.

Simon Jordon again talking lot of sense on Talk Sport reference potential Conte appointment. Will be disaster if we don’t change the way we do business in transfer market
He's right but he seemed to think Nuno was a good appointment too.

I feel much the same way but it seems it's on the cards. That said it surely must mean we're going to have to spend money on quality players otherwise what's the point, mind you I thought that when Mourinho came in and we didn't do it then so who knows.
Thing is, Conte isnt desperate and literally just walked away from Inter because they didn't spend money. For me, as you say, the only silver lining for me is Conte will demand Levy spend big in order to come, especially with Utd probably sniffing. We need him way more then he needs us, Levy is getting himself into a deal with devil in Conte. Jose will be a puppy in comparison, Jose was already on a downward trajectory, Conte is sitting on top of a hill eating gold flake ice cream. I fully expect us to start spending the big bux from here on out and if we dont Conte will let the world know Levy is a fraud.

Conte football is similar to Mourinho in that it’s not about creating loads of chances, but creating a few excellent ones.

The difference to Mourinho is that his teams are incredibly aggressive, pressing machines. And are equally comfortable dominating the ball against lesser opponents and playing pragmatic - but not park the bus! - against good teams.

He’ll fire a rocket up our squad, weed out the weak links and build a winner very quickly. It’s an enormous appointment
It's all great. But if he isn't supported by the board in dealing with the dick heads in the squad its meaningless. This is my main concern as conte won't, apparently, tolerate them (nor should he). So if he identifies, and he will, quickly, the bad attitudes, he needs supporting and levy needs to potentially take a knock on moving them out.

Let's see.

Did we not establish in the summer that the location of G-THFC has no bearing whatsoever on who we're going to appoint :ROFLMAO:

I mentioned yesterday that one of the reasons Conte would be good and isn't defensive in bad way is cause he doesn't accept players not moving. If he sees you standing still he's on at you. He doesnt accept players playing safe or hiding.

That’s what we need from a manager right now more than anything else. We need a manager these players fear and respect. He’s the obvious and only choice for me and has been ever since we couldn’t get Nagelsmann.

The plane went to Rome and back yesterday ?

Given that we apparently lease the plane out or whatever, and the G20 summit ended in Rome yesterday ahead of the COP26 starting in Glasgow, there's every chance that some diplomats or politicians or journalists had hired it.
